Sans Martinborough is the oldest and best known wine area within the Wairarapa region and is primarily recognised for the production of world class Pinot Noir. Under the Pencarrow label, which is the second label of Palliser Estate, this Pinot Noir has built a solid reputation as one of the best value for money Pinot Noir’s to be found in the marketplace. Fruit is sourced from vines between 7-23 years old with resultant wine matured for 12 months in oak of which 23% is new.
