Sans The grapes for this mouth watering Riesling were grown on low-yielding vines, on the highest slopes of the Skillogalee estate (about 500 metres above sea level). Brilliant very pale straw colour with a greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Classic lime and citrus top notes are followed by a hint of orange rind, talc and mineral. Concentrated lemon and lime flavours fill the mouth alongside some orange rind with a steely mineral spine. Fresh crunchy acidity with a long aftertaste of lemon, lime and steely mineral.Drink now or cellar 5-6 years.Alc 12.2%
