Sans Produced from fruit sourced from Frankland River and Margaret River. Opaque dark purple black colour with a bright purple red hue. Aromas of black cherries and liquorice are intermixed with some black olives followed by spicy vanillin cedar. On the palate black cherry and liquorice flavours are to the fore over a background of vanillin cedar and spice with a dry chewy finish. Grippy tannins with an aftertaste of spicy black cherries, liquorice and vanillin cedar.Cellar 4-5 years.Alc 14%
