Sans Opaque dark purple core with black tinged edges and a bright crimson purple hue. Scented aromas of black raspberry and liquorice emanate from the glass followed by hints of incense, scorched earth and pepper. Rich succulent black raspberry and liquorice flavours fill the palate within a sturdy structural feel overlaying incense infusions and a touch of meatiness with a peppery finish. Solidly built but fine grained tannins. Excellent length with a long peppery aftertaste of black raspberries, liquorice, incense infusions and a faint meatiness.Cellar 5-6 years.Alc 14%
