Sans Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of fresh pears and subtle mango are followed by some citrus, straw like notes and faint spice. The palate has a sense of fullness about its textural feel yet is light on its feet and very fresh. Generous flavours of fresh pears, limes and subtle green apples overlay wet stone characters and spicy citrus. Bright lively acidity on the finish with an aftertaste of fresh pears, limes, green apples and citrusy stony mineral.Drink over the next 1-2 years.Alc 13%
