Sans Semi translucent dark red colour with a crimson red hue. Fragrant dark cherry and strawberry aromas tinged with violet are followed by subtle anise, some meatiness and spicy cedar. Very savoury and elegant the palate is generously flavoured with dark cherries, strawberry and anise over some spicy cedar. Slightly dryish finish with fine grained tannins. Good length with an aftertaste of ripe dark cherries, strawberries, some anise infusions and spicy cedar.Cellar 4-5 years.Alc 13.4%
