Sans Opaque dark red black colour with a bright dark red hue. Nosing reveals a mixture of black cherries, black olives and dried meats with underlying spicy cedar and inky earth like notes. Medium bodied with a restrained mouthfeel the palate has flavours of inky black cherries, black olives, dried meats and spicy cedar. Dry finish with slightly chalky tannins. Aftertaste of inky black cherries, a hint of liquorice, black olive infusions, dried meats and spicy leather.Cellar 5-6 years.Alc 13.5%
