Sans Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Lifted nectarine and citrus aromatics are delicately overlaid by a combination of subtle dried honey, flinty toast like characters and delicate slatey mineral notes. Rich yet refined flavours of white peaches, nectarines and citrus laced with dried honey flow gently through the mouth giving the mid palate a rich creamy feel. Elements of gunflint, toast and spice ensue. Clean dry finish with a vibrant thread of acidity coursing through the wines veins. Long white peach, ripe nectarine, dried honey, toast, gun flint and spice aftertaste.Cellar 5-6 years. Alc. 13.5%
