Impenetrable black dark red colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Intense blackcurrant and mulberry aromas are overlaid by tobacco leaf and toasty cigar box notes with distinct black olive and spicy dried herbs ensuing. Medium to full in body the palate is flooded with ripe blackcurrant and mulberry flavours which meld into bay leaf, cedary tobacco, earth, black olive and spice elements. Fine grained yet sturdy tannins provide great structure Magnificent concentration with a deep finish of ripe blackcurrants laced with bay leaf, cigar box, earth, subtle black olive and dried herbs.Cellar 6-8 years.Alc. 14%
