Sans Semi translucent bright dark red colour with a light crimson hue. The nose displays fragrant aromas of red cherries, strawberries and raspberries laced with a stalky character followed by spicy cedar. Light, supple and savoury the palate has flavours of red cherries intermixed with strawberries and a hint of sour cherries with stalky cedar and spicy herbs following on. Bright, sour like acidity on the finish with fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of red and sour cherries, strawberries, stalky cedar and spicy herbs.Drink over the next 2-3 years.Alc 12.5%
