Sans Totally opaque midnight black colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. The nose opens with liquorice, dark plum and blackberry top notes followed by some vanillin cedar and spice. Rich and juicy the palate is filled with opulent liquorice and blackberry flavours sitting alongside some dark plum with underlying spicy, lightly toasted vanillin cedar and a touch of pepper on the finish. Supple mouthfeel with velvety tannins.
