Sans Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Nosing evokes aromas of ripe peaches and dried honey over lightly toasted oak and spicy nougat. Rich, bright and fleshy in the mouth the palate is dominated by ripe peach, nectarine and dried honey flavours followed by spicy oak, nougat and traces of mineral. Good fresh acidity with an aftertaste of ripe peaches, nectarines, dried honey, spicy oak and a touch of mineral.Cellar 3-4 years.Alc 13%
