Sans Totally opaque black dark red colour with a purple red hue. Elevated blackberry and liquorice aromas meld into smoky vanillin cedar, dried meats and blackpepper. Medium bodied with an elegant feel, flavours of spicy liquorice and dried meats intermix with vanillin cedar, earth and pepper. Very well integrated finely grained tannins. Aftertaste of spice, liquorice, meaty characters, subtlety earthed vanillin cedar and pepper.Cellar 4-5 years.Alc. 14.5%
