Sans Made from Cabernet Franc. Youthful opaque dark purple black colour showing excellent depth with a bright dark purple hue. Elevated aromatics of ripe cherries and red currant with an earthy overlay are followed by some inky cedar and spice notes. Light, elegant and quite dry the palate has flavours of inky red cherries and red currants intermixed with earthy cedar characters and spice. Very dry finish with bright acidity and slightly chalky tannins. Aftertaste of spicy inky red cherries, red currants and dusty cedar.Cellar 3-4 years.Alc 13%
