Sans Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. The nose is quite pungent with aromas of ripe gooseberries, lime and citrus laced with some herbaceous grassy characters and faint asparagus end notes. The palate shows good intensity and is quite full in its textural feel finishing crisp and fresh. Flavours of citrus, subtle tropical fruits and green apples are prevalent over some herbaceous characters and minerality. Dry finish with an aftertaste of herbaceous grassy characters, citrus, green apples and mineral.Drink over the next 2-3 years.Alc 13%
