Sans Deep dark red colour with a bright dark crimson red hue. Macerated cherry aromas are intermixed with a hint of liquorice and some plum notes followed by subtle spicy cedar and fresh herbs. Very youthful and bright the palate has flavours of macerated red cherries and sour plums over some cedar, earth and spice. Dry finish with chalky tannins providing some grip on the back palate. Aftertaste of macerated cherries, sour plums, light earthy cedar and herbal infusions.Cellar 5-6 years.Alc 13%
