Sans Semi translucent dark red colour with a light crimson red hue. The nose exhibits spicy dark cherry and strawberry aromas laced with dried clove followed by lightly scorched earth and spicy cedar end notes. Light in weight with a supple mouthfeel the palate features flavours of dark and red cherries layered with spice and dried clove infusions over scorched earth and spicy cedar. Slightly dryish on the finish with fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of spiced red and dark cherries, dried clove, scorched earth and spicy cedar.Cellar 2-3 years.Alc 13%
