Sans Brilliant very pale straw colour with a greenish tinge to the outskirts and a watery hue. Subtle pear and lime aromas are married to biscuity oak and faint notions of dried honey followed by light stony mineral end notes. Light but nicely textured flavours of pears, citrus and traces of dried honey are overlaid by roasted biscuit characters with a stony mineral back drop. Finishes dry with fresh slatey acidity and an aftertaste of spiced pear, citrus, light roasted biscuit elements and stony mineral.Drink over the next 4-5 years.Alc. 13%
