Sans Brilliant pale straw colour with some tinges of green around the edges and a watery hue. Nosing reveals herbaceous grassy tones mixed in with unripe gooseberries, citrus, asparagus and some light pencil shavings. Light and dry with flavours of herbaceous grassy characters, unripe gooseberries, citrus, asparagus and some spicy pencil shaving infusions. Very dry finish with fresh acidity. Aftertaste of unripe gooseberries, citrus, herbaceous grassy characters and light spicy pencil shavings.Drink over the next 2-3 years.Alc 12%
