Sans Made from Corvina and Rondinella grapes with maturation in old oak barrels for 12 months. Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. The nose features a mixture of ripe dark cherries and dried cherries followed by some dark plum, earthy dried herb characters and spice. Light to medium bodied with generous fruit flavours of dark cherries and plum to the fore over some dried cherries, subtle earth and spice. Dryish finish with finely grained, faintly chewy tannins. Aftertaste of spicy dark cherries, plum, dried cherries and earth.Drink over the next 2-3 years.Alc 13.5%
