Sans Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Ripe dark plum, Christmas cake and dried cherry top notes are followed by some cedary characters and a hint of spice. Weighty palate with rich blackcurrant and dried cherry flavours to the fore over some spicy cedar. Dry finish with firm grippy tannins making their presence felt. Aftertaste of blackcurrant, dried cherries and spicy cedar.Cellar 3-4 years.Alc 14.5%
