Sans Semi translucent dark red colour with a light crimson hue. Very fragrant the nose offers up enchanting aromatics of violets, ripe red cherries and strawberries intermixed with traces of incense and spice. Deliciously ripe and fruity the palate features flavours of ripe red cherries, strawberries, faint anise, a subtle meatiness and spicy cedar. Velvety textural feel with silky smooth tannins. Excellent length with a long savoury aftertaste of ripe red cherries, strawberries, faint anise and a spicy meatiness. A very quaffable Pinot.Drink over the next 2-3 years.Alc 13.8%
