Sans Regarded as Australia’s benchmark Riesling. Brilliant water like greenish tinged colour with a watery hue. The nose has slightly more intensity than the Springvale revealing aromas of lime and citrus with chalky mineral infusions over subtle orange rind and green apple followed by steely end notes. Showing razor sharp precision the palate features flavours of lemon and lime tightly coiled around a steely structured core with following delicate orange rind and mineral characters. Very dry finish with searing acidity and a long aftertaste of steely mineral, lime and lemon.Cellar 6-8 years.Alc 12.7%
