Sans Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. The nose shows good intensity with fresh lime and lemon aromas to the fore. Hints of orange blossom, green apple and faint honeysuckle notes are also apparent. On the palate zesty lime and lemon flavours are intermixed with green apple over a spine of racy acidity infused with steely mineral characters. Crisp dry finish with a long aftertaste of limes, lemon, wet steel and mineral.Cellar 6-8 years.Alc 11.5%
