Sans Brilliant very pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. The nose is a touch restrained offering up notes of pears and nectarines with an overlay of lightly toasted biscuity oak and flinty mineral. Light and very elegant with a faint creaminess to the mouthfeel the palate is subtlety flavoured with pears and nectarines which are overlaid by flinty struck match characters with a very dry minerally finish. Fresh acidity provides the wine with a linear mouthfeel. Aftertaste of pears, gun flint and mineral.Cellar 4-5 years.Alc 13.2%
