Sans Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Delicately scented aromas of white peach and nectarine laced with dried honey characters are followed by some citrusy nougat end notes. Light to medium weight with a moderate creaminess the palate has flavours of white peaches, pears, lemon butter, subtle cashew and spice. Clean dry finish. Aftertaste of white peach, faint lemon butter and spicy cashew.Cellar 3-4 years.Alc 13.5%
