Sans Semi translucent dark red colour with a light red hue. Aromas of spicy red and dark cherries are intermixed with some stemmy cedar, meatiness and dried herbs. Light and elegant the palate is generously flavoured with dark cherries and strawberries infused with dried herbs over a background of light meaty characters and spicy cedar. Quite savoury with very fine grained perfectly integrated tannins. Medium to long aftertaste of dark cherries, strawberries, dried herbs and spicy cedar.Cellar 4-5 years.Alc. 13%
