Sans Semi translucent bright dark red colour with a crimson red hue. Fragrant fruity raspberry and strawberry aromas dominate with anise, faint stalky cedar and spice also present. Reflective of the nose ripe strawberry, raspberry and anise characters are featured on the palate over a touch of meatiness and subtle spicy cedar. Light in weight but with good richness and a well rounded textural feel. Bright fresh finish with velvet smooth tannins. Aftertaste of ripe strawberries, subtle anise and spicy cedar.Drink over the next 2-3 years.Alc 13.5%
