Sans Matured for 12 months in new and old French oak. Impenetrable midnight black colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Pronounced ripe blackberry and liquorice aromas sail from the glass intermixing with hints of ripe black cherries, smoky vanillin cedar and a dash of blackpepper. Mouthfilling ripe blackberry and liquorice flavours fill the palate underpinned by fresh black cherries, vanillin cedar and spice. Finishes with bright acidity and slightly chalky tannins. Aftertaste of fresh blackberries, liquorice, vanillin cedar and spice.Cellar 5-6 years.Alc. 14.4%
