Sans Fruit to produce this Cabernet was sourced from the Clare Valley as well as Coonawarra. Opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Lifted red currant and mulberry aromas intermix with cedary tobacco characters followed by spicy dried herb end notes. Medium to full bodied with a combination of rich red and black currant fruits to the fore underscored by cedary tobacco characters, black olives and spicy dried herbs. The tannins show a touch of firmness and some grip but are balanced. Aftertaste of spicy red currants, mulberry, cedary tobacco characters and dried herbs.Cellar 5-6 years.Alc. 14%
