Sans Riesling was one of the highlights of the 2015 Clare Valley vintage producing wines of great concentration along with mouth watering zesty acidity. Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Intense lemon and lime top notes are accompanied by some green apple with subtle orange rind and talc end notes. Mouth-watering flavours of lime and citrus dominate the palate followed by crunchy green apple characters, talc and mineral. Excellent concentration finishing with vibrant acidity and a long lime, citrus, talc and mineral aftertaste.Drink now or cellar 6-8 years.Alc. 12.5%
