Sans Bright pale straw colour with a watery hue. Lifted ripe pear and apple aromas are overlaid with honeysuckle followed by some light musk and confectionary. Rich, texturally full and round but finishing lively and fresh the palate features generous flavours of ripe pear, honeysuckle and Jonathan apple over a hint of musk with a spicy off dry finish balanced by fresh acidity. Long spicy ripe pear, honeysuckle and Jonathan apple aftertaste. A traditionally French styled Pinot Gris.Drink over the next 1-2 years.Alc 14.5%
