Sans Deep dark red colour with tinges of black around the edges and a bright dark red hue. Aromas of ripe cherries laced with a hint of liquorice are followed by dried herbs and spicy cedar. Medium bodied the palate has flavours of ripe dark cherries and plums infused with dried herbs over a touch of earthy cedar with a spicy finish. Soft fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of spicy ripe dark cherries, plums, dried herbs and lightly earthed cedar.Drink over the next 2-3 years.Alc. 13.5%
