Sans Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear, lime and subtle dried honey emerge from the glass followed by fresh herb infusions and hint of slate. The palate shows good fullness in the mouth with flavours of pear and lime intermixing with slate and subtle flinty mineral. Dry finish with good balanced fresh acidity. Aftertaste of pears, subtle dried honey, slate, citrus and flinty mineral.Drink over the next 3-4 years.Alc. 12.5%
