Sans Brilliant pale straw colour with flecks of green to the edgings and a watery hue. Elevated aromas of white peaches and nectarines coated with dried honey rise from the glass followed by some light biscuity characters and citrusy nougat. Light to medium bodied with an elegant, subtlety creamed mouthfeel the palate features ripe white peach flavours which meld into some dried honey and delicate biscuity characters over a wet stone and spice back drop. Clean dry finish with perfectly balanced acidity. Concludes with an aftertaste of white peaches, dried honey, light biscuit and stony mineral characters.Drink over the next 3-4 years.Alc. 13%
