Sans Totally opaque black dark red colour with a bright dark red hue. Elevated aromatics of liquorice, blackberry and subtle milk chocolate intermingles with prominent vanillin oak and spice. Medium to full bodied with juicy blackberry and liquorice flavours melding into a good dose of vanillin oak followed by hints of chocolate and spice. Velvet smooth tannins finishing with vibrant acidity and an aftertaste of spicy vanillin oak, blackberries, liquorice and notions of mint chocolate.Cellar 5-6 years.Alc. 14.5%
