Sans This years Moonlight Run is a blend of 47% Mataro, 38% Grenache, 12% Shiraz and 3% Cinsault. Opaque black dark red colour with a crimson purple hue. Aromas of ripe black raspberries and maraschino cherries waft from the glass followed by some liquorice, dried cherries, faint earth and spice. Luscious ripe black raspberry and maraschino cherry flavours fill the palate over some liquorice, earthiness and spice. Supple mouthfeel with excellent fruit richness, a bright finish and velvety tannins. Long savoury aftertaste of black raspberries, maraschino cherries, subtle liquorice, light earthiness and spice.Drink over the next 3-4 years.Alc 14%
