Sans Sourced from 50 year old dry grown vines planted in 1962. Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Intense lemon and lime scents burst out of the glass with green apple and talc also present. Juicy lime and citrus flavours cascade across the palate underpinned by steely mineral infused acidity and a hint of talc. Dry crunchy acid finish. Excellent concentration with a long refreshing lime, citrus, talc and steely mineral aftertaste.Cellar 6-8 years.Alc. 13.5%
