Sans Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Lifted white peach scents are intermixed with nectarine, dried honey and cashew followed by a hint of nougat and spice. Medium bodied with good richness, an understated concentration and an elegant creamy textural feel the palate delivers flavours of white peaches and dried honey overlaid by cashew with traces of biscuity nougat also present. Dry spicy finish. Long ripe white peach, dried honey, cashew and spicy nougat aftertaste.Cellar 4-5 years.Alc 13.3%
