Sans Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Lifted lime and orange rind scents meld into some citrus followed by faint hints of kerosene and mineral. On the palate there’s mouthfilling flavours of lime, citrus and orange rind with subtle kerosene overtones and a dry minerally finish. Excellent concentration and textural appeal with crisp acidity. Long aftertaste of limes, citrus, orange rind, traces of kerosene and mineral.Drink over the next 5-6 years.Alc 12.5%
