Sans Opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of liquorice, ripe dark cherries and plum are followed by vanillin cedar, a hint of earth and blackpepper. Medium bodied with a soft fleshy feel the palate dishes up flavours of liquorice and plum over smoky vanillin cedar, dried herbs and blackpepper. Slightly dryish on the finish with finely grained tannins. Aftertaste of spicy liquorice, plum, smoky vanillin cedar, earthy dried herbs and blackpepper.Drink over the next 4-5 years.Alc. 14%
