Pronounced liquorice, dark plum and juicy blackberry scents hold sway over an undercurrent of vanillin cedar, a hint of scorched earth and spice. Decadently rich and powerful, delicious gob smacking fruit flavours of juicy blackberries, dark plums and liquorice saturate the palate over a back drop of vanillin oak, some inkiness and spicy pepper. Despite all its opulent glory it finishes with good freshness and velvet smooth tannins.
