Sans Matured in French oak barriques for 12 months. Totally opaque black dark purple core with a deep dark purple hue. Ripe juicy blackberry and dark plum aromas are trailed by some liquorice with fennel and spicy vanillin cedar also chipping in. Rich and voluptuous in the mouth the palate is filled with succulent fresh dark plum, juicy blackberry and liquorice flavours which sit over spicy vanillin cedar and pepper. Lively finish with velvety tannins. Excellent concentration with a long spicy dark plum, juicy blackberry, liquorice, vanillin cedar and pepper aftertaste.Cellar 5-6 years.Alc 15%
