Aromas of white fleshy peaches and nectarine are intermixed with dried honey, faint struck matchstick, nougat and spice notes. Fresh and elegant in texture the palate has flavours of white peaches and nectarine laced with traces of dried honey over a back drop of faint cashew, flinty matchstick and citrus. Bright lively acidity with a dry finish. Aftertaste of delicate white peaches, citrus, nectarines, subtle dried honey and flinty matchstick.Cellar 4-5 years.Alc 12.5%
