Sans Matured for 12 months in new and 1 year old French oak barriques. Bright deep straw colour with a watery hue. The nose is quite rich in its aromatic profile with ripe peaches and a hint of apricots laced with honeycomb and light butterscotch followed by subtle spicy nougat end notes. Medium bodied this richly flavoured, old school styled Chardonnay features flavours of ripe peaches and apricots wrapped up in honeycomb and butterscotch over a backdrop of spicy nougat. Round creamy texture with soft acidity and an aftertaste of ripe peaches, apricots, honeycomb, light butterscotch and spicy nougat.Drink over the next 2-3 years.Alc 13.5%
