Sans Pumpa is Sons of Eden’s tribute to one of the pioneers of Eden Valley viticulture, Len Pumpa.A blend of 56% Cabernet Sauvignon and 43% Shiraz, a dash of (1%) Tempranillo has also been included to add a subtle savoury nuance to the wine. Maturation took place in a mix of new and seasoned French and American oak hogsheads for 15 months.
