Sans Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Elevated nectarine aromas intermix with a hint of grapefruit and biscuity oak followed by some gun flint and spice. The palate displays impressive weight and richness yet is still elegant and fresh sporting mouthfilling flavours of white peaches and nectarines laced with traces of grapefruit and dried honey over some spicy biscuity cashew like characters and gun flint. Clean dry finish with good balanced acidity and a slight creaminess to the texture creating a sense of fullness. Long spicy aftertaste of white peaches, dried honey, nectarines, biscuit and gun flint.Cellar 5-6 years.Alc 13%
