The nose offers up scents of lemon, lime and granny smith apple with following subtle talc and mineral notes. The palate has a line of razor sharp acidity running through it with surrounding flavours of lemon, lime, granny smith apple and a steely minerality. Dry finish with crunchy acidity and a lean racy structure. Long aftertaste of lemon, lime and steely minerality.Cellar 6-8 years.Alc 12.5%
