Sans Brilliant pale straw colour with a greenish tinge to the edges and a watery hue. Elevated grapefruit and nectarine aromas drive the nose with subtle bees wax and lemon butter nuances also chiming in over delicate spicy cashew notes. Light in body but with solid length the palate features an elegant flavour profile of pears and grapefruit over lemon butter, subtle infusions of gun flint and light spicy oak. Vibrant, fresh acidity on the finish with an aftertaste of pears, grapefruit, gun flint, subtle lemon butter and spicy oak.Cellar 5-6 years.Alc. 13%
