Sans Totally opaque dark red black colour with a brick red hue. Lifted dark and dried cherry aromas intermix with a hint of liquorice followed by some earth and light dried herb notes. Medium bodied with a juicy feel, flavours of spiced dark and dried cherries sit over some earth with subtle raisiny characters on the finish. Velvety tannins with an aftertaste of both dark and dried cherries and subtle earthy raisin like characters.Drink over the next 1-2 years.Alc. 14%
